Up to date equipment in a clean and modern facility
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
All vehicles fixed first visit
Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
Concisely document work performed (Complaint, Cause Correction) on repair order
Must be committed to the company team and respectful of policies, procedures, and our customers
